Columbia County Ambulance Service realizes how the tough economy has become. We realize that many people we serve are living on fixed incomes or limited budgets. CCAS offers a membership program to help Columbia county residents control medical costs.
How do I get it? Call the office at 234-7371 and we will be happy to mail you an application. You may also stop by our office to apply in person, or click on our Member Application link to apply online.
How much does it cost? We offer both individual & family plans as well as a nursing home resident plan.
- Individual $40 annually
- Family $60 annually (includes member, spouse & children living in the home under 18 years of age or college students up to age 25)
- Nursing home resident $20 annually
What time period does my membership cover? Memberships run from January to December.
***Pro-rated rates are available if you renew during the middle of a calendar year.
New memberships that are purchased outside of the annual membership drive have a 14 day waiting period from the time of the acceptance of application/payment until the membership is effective.
